The transition has been many months in the making, but we’re confident both the new name and the new website will enable us to further improve the level of service that we can provide.

In addition to the new website we’re also announcing a new support portal, powered by WHMCS. The new support portal includes, among other things, a ticketing system, knowledgebase, and a client area where you can view and pay invoices, update account details, and get an overview of your account.

We’re constantly looking for new ways to improve our website and the services we offer, so if you have any ideas or suggestions please consider leaving feedback on our new feedback forum, powered by UserVoice.
